Production & Technique

On 4- and 5-colour hi-tech rotogravure printing lines we produce decorative papers for melamine impregnation up to 223 cm width.

For the production of decorative foils, Chiyoda disposes of 5- and 7-colour printing and lacquering lines, which represent the world's highest standard in technology and performance.

Various lacquer systems are used, among which inerted UV-curing.

On our laboratory presses, we print sample quantities up to a width of 63 cm.
