Our extensive expertise, supported by an in-house engraving and design department, combined with state-of-the-art rotogravure printing technology, allows us to provide comprehensive solutions for both interior and exterior applications. We are equipped to deliver precise and high-quality prints on a wide range of materials, including décor paper, synthetic films, pre-impregnated paper, and lightweight paper, with widths of up to 2250 mm.

In addition, our advanced 5-station pilot line, with a width of 820 mm, operates with both water- and solvent-based inks and coatings, ensuring a seamless transition from prototype to full-scale production for films and finish foils. This guarantees efficiency, quality, and consistency across all phases of production.

DECOR PAPER
C-DecoPaper
Rotogravure printing for further processing with melamine or acrylic resins. Chiyoda Europa offers a wide range of products in this printing process. Wood-, stone-, fantasy-, and abstract designs for in- and exterior applications or printed papers suitable to create registered embossed furniture and flooring.

FILM
C-DecoFilm
Rotogravure printing on transparent and coloured synthetic films for further processing as LVT-flooring, flexible wall-, ceiling- and floor coverings, and window sills. Film substrates available in several thicknesses and qualities, based on the end-application and requirements. C-DecoFilm is printed using up to 5 print stations and 2250 mm print width.
C-DecoFoil
The classical finish foil based on a coloured or white pre-impregnated or lightweight paper. Suitable for further processing in the furniture industry, profile wrapping, wall/ceiling-panels, and doors. Compatible with all commonly used glue types and substrates. Available in a range of surface effects and qualities: Smooth – high gloss or mat – surface, a natural in-register optical effect, a 3D in-register surface, or a surface with increased chemical resistances.
