This new product can be utilized in conventional laminate presses to achieve embossed-in-register effects without the additional complexity and costs traditionally associated with achieving in-register for melamine surfaces. It can be combined with existing press plates/belts and processes to define the macro-textures of the laminate surface, while the micro-textures of the laminate surface are pre-determined by the EPYQ ® surface.
EPYQ ® is a printed and coated acrylic surface which has matt-gloss effects synchronized with the design and is produced with proprietary technology developed in Belgium. Our EPYQ ® product will expand the design possibilities for the laminate industry with increased flexibility.

Whilst design flexibility and utilisation in conventional presses are major advantages, we must not forget about the soft-touch and anti-fingerprint characteristics. To top of, EPYQ ® is available in several grades and can be used for both vertical & horizontal applications.
